By rabbithole websites I mean sites with artistic content traversed by hyperlinks. In particular I want to emphasize websites where the amount of different pages you can view this way is potentially huge. If you have any, post them! I have two that I think are really very good:

http://kalx.com/ (warning: flashing color patterns)
This shit will drive you insane. It is technically an artist page for Kalx but I have no idea how to navigate to the music page: http://kalx.com/vide/ from the homescreen.

https://www.comatonse.com/ (warning: some nudity, possibly controversial content)
This is Terre Thaemlitz's website (best known alias DJ Sprinkles). It is for the most part indeed a website for Thaemlitz's work, so this is up to interpretation, but it definitely has rabbithole features. For a start I recommend clicking the illustrator citation on this article https://comatonse.com/writings/assemblyinternational.html or clicking any of the left-hand-side menu items multiple times.

oh there are a ton of links to follow. they are just very well hidden. if you want to more easily access some of them, just go through the internet archive page for it here:
        https://web.archive.org/web/*/http://yyyyyyy.info/*
keep in mind that these links also include the thousands of images included in the site, so if you want more interesting links within the website, just filter through the links using the bar at the top right  (;D)  (;D)

if you wanted some interesting things i've found, here are a couple:
        > https://www.yyyyyyy.info/l/x - an archive of an /x/ thread on 4chan talking about the website
        > https://web.archive.org/web/20191119004418/https://yyyyyyy.info/l/gv/ - idk how to describe this really. just open and watch i guess
        > https://web.archive.org/web/20081120182025/http://www.yyyyyyy.info/together/ - not super super interesting, but cool to see that there was either a different name of the website or there was a separate url that redirected to yyyyyyy.info for some reason. this is as evidenced by the link at the bottom.
        > https://web.archive.org/web/20101202002941/http://yyyyyyy.info/data/ - numbers. they look very similar to a number table that i found on the very first archive of the homepage.

when i reverse image searched this image, it gave me this https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:Roadmap_to_Unicode_BMP.svg which seems pretty cool ngl.

while this website isn't as easy to navigate, hell, most of these links were found through internet archive instead of the actual website itself, but that doesn't mean it isn't fun to explore. honestly i had more fun finding all this (and a lot more, i thank emon for reminding me of this website after so many years) than i would have if it were all easily accessible links. so while it may not be easy, the journey will pay off in the end  (:-bd)  (:-bd)

You're right, I scanned over it too quickly; the gv video is definitely quite strange. Unfortunately all of the pages I have found on the site have had their functionality rotted away by time. The other pages I was able to recover (from the 4chan thread and from finding dead links on the page) on the Wayback Machine (go to a timeframe before like 2021, seems to work) include:
https://www.yyyyyyy.info/l/x (actually appears as a link on the page)
https://www.yyyyyyy.info/l/teapot (weird render of Utah teapot)
            https://yyyyyyy.info/l/s/ (little song)
https://www.yyyyyyy.info/l/data (you already pointed this one out, but what's interesting is that the broken version currently upon the site reveals what is ostensibly a little ascii face that you wouldn't find on the working page)
            https:///yyyyyyy.space (idk what this is)
